Brought down the impact of warning letters on productivity/performance at domestic collections unit (TCS e- Serve) from 50 to 5 warning letters a month for a population of 700 employees.

Designed and Launched Insta-Awards (Smiley Awards) in domestic collections unit (TCS e-Serve) to build a culture of support and appreciation among teams. This was an outcome of findings from team and individual meeting with Skip level and HR. Later replicated across all verticals PAN India as part of R&R program. Bharti Airtel Limited

Played a key role in merger of North and NCR circle in Airtel B&TS. Merger of two units with a total combined strength of 3500 employees’ on-roll and off-roll. Employee Optimization Outcome 1+1 = 1.6

Managed the project of defining productivity norms for all roles at Airtel B&TS business for North Circle. This project provided the circle with an opportunity to plan manpower requirement and budgets accurately. This was later replicated for the merged circle and later at PAN India level.

Selected for Future HR leadership Program (HRLP) in Nov 2006 (Airtel Level) and as a part of Next-Gen Team in Feb 2009 (Airtel – Mobility TN) and 2 Star of the Quarter Awards.

Had delivered 40 employee engagement action planning workshops for B&TS north hub is a span of 2 months and designed tracking and review mechanism on action plans for the team (Gallup Survey Scores)

Managed HRIS validation project and moved the B&TS circle from 7th rank to 1st rank in accuracy and complete data in a span of 2 months.
