Was the sole Desktop Technical Engineer providing services for approximately 200 end users in two locations. repair notes prior to closing ticket. I used Remote Desktop or NetOP to remotely troubleshoot and fix errors. I made constant follow-up to unresolved issues in a timely manner, often sought the expertise of other Teams and Departments for assistance. I have extensive knowledge in the troubleshooting and repair of Dell, HP, IBM, Toshiba, Lenovo desktop, laptops & tablets. Complete New Hire computer requests, complete rebuild package for existing
customers. Performed manual recovery of Registry Keys for customer settings, Profile, & personal data recovery. Configured & repaired broken McAfee Safeboot Hard Drive Encryption providing data recovery, and various software installations required per the Remedy Ticket request. Personally interacted with the customer by picking up their equipment then repairing or rebuilding the equipment and delivering the equipment back to the customer. I stayed in contact with the customer during the repair process either by email or by phone. Other duties included the proper tagging of equipment for recycling within the company or for proper disposal. I have used many hardware and software tools, some of which I have recommend- ed and are still in use today. I used hard disk imaging tools such as Norton Ghost and Acronis True Image for rebuilding OS & data backup and disk partitioning. I placed computers on the company domain and have used Active Directory for various tasks. Have recreated Exchange Profiles and troubleshot various other errors with Exchange, MS Outlook, JAVA & Wal-Mart proprietary software issues.

War Readiness Inventory Manager
I have managed five persons under my direction. My duties consisted in the timely procurement of critical parts for aircraft support. I coordinated on a daily basis to higher headquarters and generated daily reports as required and provided results in daily officer briefings. I coordinated with parts depot for the ordering of the “Mission Capable” (MICAP) critical parts and monitoring their delivery. Assistant Manager for the War Readiness Spares division. My primary duties were to maintain spares kits for War Readiness or for Deployment Exercises. I would ensure that aircraft pallets were netted properly to securely transport the equipment all over the world. I used a forklift to move pallets around and for delivery to the aircraft on the runway. I kept an inventory of the parts and ordered replacements whenever a part was used from the kits for critical deployment. I made sure the inventory was at full capacity at all times. Maintained equipment labeled “Secret” from a secure vault.
