Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of 04 members.

• Overlooking and maintaining building maintenance at Dubai Airports FM (Total average of 150 breakdowns a day)

• Keeping a close tab on critical issues and ensuring the rectification of the issues with continuous follow up with engineers and on-site team.

• Constant monitoring and dispatching of pending issues with clear reporting i.e.: Key stakeholder reporting / critical facility reporting / consolidation reports / exception reports / Daily reports for countdown to deadlines.
