Presently working as a TEST –Engineer for NAG, HELINA & MPATGM Missile Projects since Jan-2017 to till date.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively involved in maintaining critical avionics taking care of safety and operational aspects.

Development of flight cable harness considering EMI/EMC aspects, realization and testing of flight cable harness meeting the safety and organization standards

EMI/EMC testing of avionics

Configuration of telemetry ground receiving station comprising S-BAND transmitter, Bit synchronizers PCM decommutator. Telemetry data acquisition,decoding and analysis and generation of test reports using MATLAB

Maintenance and calibration of electrical measuring equipment like Digital Multimetre, Safety ohmmeter,CRO

Environmental testing (ENTEST) of PCB and functional testing during ENTEST

Preparation of Electrical schematics, wiring design & harness

Experienced in preparation of BOM for avionics

Involved in integration of wiring and cable harness for various missile systems

Preparation of production documentation for ATGMS missiles.

Preparation of checklist and checkout reports for missile systems.

Involved in Missile Integration

Responsible for the over-all implementation of Quality Control related electrical works in accordance with project specifications

Maintenance and testing of various missile subsystems

Worked as a Electrical Engineer in Logical Solutions limited during Sep-2014 to Jan-2017
