ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Responsible for the Facilities Management of Cargo Complex. These Facilities includes the Electrical Power Distribution System (11KV/415V), Standby Generators (1MW, 415KV, 50Hz), MV/LV Switchgears, Distribution Transformers, Motor Control Centers, 415V/240V 600KVA UPS System (Chloride), Central Battery System, Lighting Control System, Variable Frequency Drives,and Building Management System BMS.

Supervising the Operation & Maintenance activities of MV/LV while Ensuring Work Quality as per Company Standards & Policies.

Managing site supervision team as well as the Service Providers, Sub Service Providers, and other appropriate specialties.

Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine up-time & reliability.

Estimating cost and expenditure projections for new facilities as well as supporting Procurement department.

Preparing risk assessment, method of statement and permits reports required to perform tasks.

Review the Design of Single Line Diagrams & As Built Electrical Drawings of MV/LV Power Distribution Network.

Control Service Providers, Sub Service Providers in conformance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

Working knowledge of local and international specifications that are related with the projects.

Monitor progress of Works and carry out updating, planning and preparing progress reports.

Preparation of Technical reports and incident reports.

Design electrical systems, performs complex analyses, and prepares corresponding specifications for equipment as required for projects.
