Achievements:

• Reduced drilling time from 40 to 38 days due to the inclusion in the drilling layout of additional log tools and the rejection of the final logging.

• Operational control of the works performed on the operational drilling, side-tracking and well tests;

• Current and future planning of the operational drilling, wells start up in production, wells’ workover, works performance follow-up;

• Follow-up execution of the fabrication documentation on the fields development within operational drilling and workover;

• Arranging the function of the geological services of oil-and-gas production department. Achievements:

• 82 new wells started up in production with my contribution which has reached planned production rate 100%;

• The average production rate of the new wells increased 1.3 times comparing with last period due to using multiple hydraulic fracturing. • Current and future planning of the operational drilling, starting up new wells, exploration of fields, works performance follow-up;

• Preparation of the justification of the production rate for the new wells planned for drilling, calculating the amount of oil extracting from new wells;

ACHIEVEMENTS

• The percentage of the horizontal wells with multiple hydraulic fracturing was increased from 7% to 32% with my contribution;

• The percentage of the horizontal directional drilling was increased to 90% due to my contribution in changing the fields development process;

• Participated in the support of drilling in more than 15 oil fields;

• The quantity of the new wells per a year increased from 60 to 100 with my contribution.
