WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. Works as Quantity Surveyor at Daewoo Engineering & Construction in State of Qatar (December 15, 2017 – December 13, 2019).
• Construction and Upgrading of E-Ring Road North/South Link, State of Qatar- Project Code P008-C2- (2,255,931,116.35 QAR). Site Coordinator for Construction Team, preparing the monthly target invoice of subcontractor and direct manpower in order to achieve plan target schedule. Prepares calculation sheet & estimates of materials needed in site and requested by Construction Managers. Preparing bill of materials quantity base on the as-built drawing. Keep record, monitor and update as-built quantity. Preparing detailed daily, weekly & monthly report updates on time and submitted to Construction Manager & Planning Department. Review and calculate Sub-contractor claims quantities. Follow up approved as-built shop drawing needed in site from Design Department. Making work plan look ahead. Preparing method statement for submission to Supervision Consultant. Monitor all delivery of materials on site. Making daily Inspection Request (IR), monitoring & revision submission for all Site Engineers.
2. Works as Quantity Surveyor at Dar Al Riyadh Consultants in Saudi Arabia (February 1, 2013 – February 27, 2017).
• Road East Maintenance- Dammam, Saudi Arabia- Project Code 202. Prepare & check measurement and quantity used in site for monthly report. Prepare the estimate of materials for the propose activities. Monitor and record site progress on daily basis. Work also as Site Inspector on any assigned task given by Resident Engineer. Inspect all designated Road and make Weekly Progress Report.
• Completion of Roads in Jizan Region, Jizan, Saudi Arabia- Project Code 165. Prepare & check measurement in site for all calculation regarding monthly billing for Iterim Payment Certificate (IPC) submitted by Contractor. Make weekly and monthly report and reported to Resident Engineer on weekly basis. Checking all cross sections & summary of quantities submitted by contractor base on approved typical cross section of roads. Monitor accomplishment on site. All related projects are:
