Duties And Responsibilities Of Auto CAD Important Responsibility Is Operating Computer Aided Design (CAD) System Including Creating, Updating, Modifying Maps, And Performs Manual Drafting. In Addition To That Excellent Knowledge In MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing). Further Some Essential Duties Are Give Below During The Period Of Work Experience.

Mainly involved in preparation of Architectural Drawings in auto cad,revit and sketchup.

Preparation of 3D & 2D drawings in revit.

Prepare Shop Drawing & As built Drawing for the purpose of the Approval.

Have hard work in construction site to handle all MEP works.

Preparing Landscape layouts and Irrigation Layouts.

Creates manual drawings for buildings, villas,palas, mosque&Factorysfor civil,Architectural and Mep projects.

Greets customers and the general public in person and on telephone, answers questions and directs to appropriate individual when necessary.

May assist in developing survey maps layouts, when necessary.

Works closely with building regulating agencies, builders, contractors and the general public.

Estimation of quantities requirement of materials and indents for materials

Responsible for over all site related activities including scheduling co-ordination execution quality safety & billing

Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Skills

Conversant with drawing the design for of pre-cast buildings and multi-storey buildings.

Well equipped in the use of MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and different environmental operating system.

I have good communication in English, Tamil and Sinhala clearly, I’m interested in Learning the new concepts quickly and work on own initiative.
