Duration Period: June 2018- January 2019.

Checked the customer technical specification, Selected components as per their make list according to line voltage requirements which are chosen during the tendering stage, calculated total load.

Designed panels using AutoCAD software and also verifying the same from mechanical team and checked for mounting feasibility of the same.

Calculated busbar, cable size, cable trunch keeping free space for wiring into consideration.

Visited Schneider factory in Gujarat for discussion and obtained the design approval for the same

Preparation of BOM, SLD, Schemes and drafted the same using EPLAN software.

Supported the floor supervisor and wiring team during mounting and wiring issues.

Designed panels using AutoCAD software and also verifying the same from mechanical team for mounting the same.

Involved in selection of smart communication components, relays and Ordering Schneider and local materials required for the complete project.

Added various number of logic solving in control panels & interlocking schemes required to meet the customer need and analyzed all the drawings related to overall systems.
