Reporting and communicating daily to Kaon Managing Director Cc to all concerned like Head of Global customer service and managers in Korea Headquarters Assuring all operations mainly stock of incoming as well as outgoing, safeguarding all serial numbers on our database.
Reporting daily and weekly basis in regards with technical support, issues and services in every assigned service center in all region namely.
Main KME office in the Middle East Dubai U.A.E – Kuwait, Riyadh Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt are on their smooth operation to satisfy our customers Obit Showtime Network (OSN) and Etisalat IP TV decoder department in U.A.E
As per our customer OSN & Etisalat we are required to receive after sales repair of their STB boxes
In all region as mention above In warranty and out of warranty until our contract of repair service end. Assuring them to meet their expectation and to satisfy with our services.
From the start of that project I properly trained our engineers and assigned them to all region as per mention countries above. See to it they are capable of handling KAON A/S CENTER on their designated assignment providing them proper tools and equipments, troubleshooting guide manuals, schematic diagram and software as well spare parts to do their task.
And they will send to me daily report reports on the quantity of incoming faulty units as well as the quantity of outgoing repaired units with complete detail report of each stb
On a weekly basis I will gather reports for all the region and finalized sorting those in warranty and charging those out of warranty and send the report to our customer OSN’s refurbishment Manager as well as Etisalat in charge of the report. Cc with Kaon managing director as well as global customer service managers and others concerned.
In the events of CPU problem which encounter in the countries outside U.A.E
We request them to shipped those CPU problem to Dubai main service center for we are only qualified to replaced that component as being and has a security feature done by NDS,
Replacing the CPU and re serialized to obtain a new serial number and chip set ID. and request activation on OSN network to have HD channels and performed quality soaking test for 24 hours after that those successful and passed QC test will be dispatched to OSN ware house.
Part of my responsibilities is to visit those region and monitors inventory stocks of decoders as well as spare parts consumptions.
