Provide consulting services for clients needing help with training, curriculum development, instructional design, and documentation. Key projects include:
UCSF (Training Lead): Led the Tableau Self-Service Analytics (SSA) project training team. Responsible for all aspects of training and documentation, curriculum and course development, as well as rollout through the LMS. Developed the strategy for training, documentation, content management, certifications, assessment, as well as onboarding new users and departments. Developed ServiceNow processes for training, user onboarding, and platform access. Achieved $200,000 saving for the SSA program, which significantly improved user productivity.
