Summary of work nature:

COMPANY 1

As I was working as a TESTING ENGINEER i was responsible for the testing, debugging, installation, commissioning of AC and DC drives and panels. And analysing the issues to resolve the problems of AC and DC drives in both hardware and board level in the company and also in customer site.

COMPANY 2:

As I’m working as design assistant engineer my role is to handle ESP and direct orders

from customer and to prepare meter BOM as per customer requirements by analysing the input given by the customer. I’m responsible to provide input to other teams to develop firmware and hardware required as per customer specification and to prepare, test and calibrate the energy meter by taking the input from other team. After this if meter is approved by the customer we have to give clearance to the production with all the inputs they want.

SKILL SETS:

COMPANY 1:

Testing, Installation and Commissioning of AC and DC drives with panel.

Testing and debugging of drives spare cards to examine the problem.

Complete wiring of panel and Drive circuit as per the circuit diagram.

3Have knowledge of analyzing circuit diagrams.

Prepare setups for power modules, subsystems and products level.

Working knowledge of Power Modules, Gate drives and its testing.

Demonstration ability to meet goals and objectives.

Checking the components according to BOM and soldering, assembling of components.

COMPANY 2:

Order management and execution.

Preparation of BOM using SAP software.

Have knowledge of SAP & CORELDARW, Auto Cad software’s.

Checking of energy meter in hardware level.

Evaluation of Firmware.

Testing of energy meter in board and hardware level.

Calibration of energy meter.

Schedule making as per sales input.

Document preparation to rework customer meters.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

COMPANY 1

Testing of INVERTER AND CONVERTER drives.

Testing of newly assembled PCB’s for its proper operation.

Perform testing at power modules, subsystem and products level.

Provide technical clarification of designs to customers.

Setting of parameters of drives in microcontroller as per customer requirement.

Programming of DCON drive using SPECVIEW software.

Analysing the problems arriving in the PCB’s and debugging with the help of circuit diagrams.

Testing and finding the issues in the drives control cards, power board and other spare cards to resolve the problems.

Providing guidance to customer to resolve the problems arriving in site while mill running via phone call suggestions.

Testing and verifying functioning of equipment according to specifications.

Analysing the customer requirement which is given to us.

Providing input to other team for development of Firmware for meter as per requirement.

Making the meter BOM using SAP software as per customer requirement.

Planning & Procurement of materials.

Preparation of meter & testing will be done by loading developed firmware as per requirement.

Verification of Hardware & software done with respect Form4D which is given by customer.

Calibrating of prepared meter to ensure the accuracy level.

Data collection & verification to ensure the proper functioning of meter as per requirement.

Making ARTWORK for meter nameplate as per customer requirement.

Providing all support to production to clear the orders.

If customer asking, Preparing the samples and Manuals for customer & dispatching.
