2013 - Present

Design, test, modify robotics spot welding lines, jigs, equipments, validate the functionality, sequence & cycle time of industrial manufacturing applications with help CAE applications (Robcad, Process Simulate). Complete robot reach studies, model tooling from drawing, CAD files & Existing libraries, determine robot cell arrangement & robot placement; make recommendation to designs and system functionality. Create the process before manufacturing the part to save money and to analyze what they'll need.

Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and concepts for body shop systems. Knowledge of assembly methods (welding, seal, etc…) Knowledge of automotive architecture. End of arm tool knowledge (weld guns, mig, seal, etc….)

Manage, direct, orient technicians, engineers assigned to same project. Create and publish section/sub planning for new projects. Create, distribute and follow daily task list related to the new or ongoing projects. Create and strive a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional and technical knowledge.
