As well test operator my responsibility was to rig down and rig up day to day well test operation, taking readies, monitor every affairs that is at the location, to be sure Barton recorder is well ok and taking of the reading and pleasure gauges providing regular report, changing of choke and stay with choke manifold and to be sure everything is ok and choke, interacting with the company man other service company efficiently.
During this time I work in following rig:
Obagi; Temporary well hook up, rig down and rig up of chicksan connection to well head
Rig less job: Heavy oil, land job, high pleasure temperature
Total E & P: Land job. Check of sand on the well was so high about 80kg find sum of the wells, and they were all gas lifted wells. Type of well heavy oil with a rate of 70 percent of water and 30 percent oil in sum of the wells.

Bachelor Of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering with 69% mark in 2014.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Taking a part of planning job and executing job.
Strictly following the company safety policies and rules.
Conducting Pre Job Safety Meeting before all jobs.
Following Job safety analysis, Risk assessment and simultaneous operation.
Spotting of equipment as per standards and space available in site.
Co-coordinating team members in the absence of supervisor.
Ensure safety and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) of team members.
Doing rig up and rig down in safe manner.
Taking readings and note down the parameters of flowing well.
Reporting supervisor for any problem and acting safely in emergency situation..
Experience in surface well testing of exploratory wells, production wells and injection wells.
Experience in Hydro fracturing flow back, well activation (nitrogen lifting, diesel pumping), and Production testing, early production facility.
Rig up of equipment and piping as per procedure and as per standard.
Pressure test of lines and equipment as per required pressure and program.
Doing functional test of ESD, Auto ignition, Hi-Lo pilot
Calibrating sensors, Pressure gauges DP recorder, Static pressure reorder with Dead Weight tester for cross checking any errors.
Lighting the flare before opening the well using pilot gas.
Pressure equalizing upstream before opening the well.
Checking and recording field data in time intervals and note down the sequence of events.
Using sacrificial choke for initial clean up till the required fluid quality is achieved.
Using SMS Determining the quantity of sand and quality of flow before diverting to separator.
Diverting well to separator and setting pressure and level of that and closely monitoring the parameters.
Checking the oil specific gravity, temperature, API, BS&W, viscosity and produced water salinity and PH.
Checking gas gravity using Gravitometer and checking the H2s and Co2 using dragger and Uniphous tubes.
Using surge tank for measuring liquid flow rate.
Using different sizes of orifices for correct DP.
Transferring of liquid to storage tank or road tankers using transferring pump.
Handling of sensors like pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Differential pressure transmitter.
Acting in emergency situations carefully and quickly.
Monitoring health of equipment and take care of the preventive maintenance.
Flushing the flow lines using water before rig down, Rig down and loading of equipment as safe manner.

Experience in sand management system with sand filter and sand trap.
Using Target elbows and target T in lines.
Using sacrificial choke in frac flow back and for the initial clean up flow.
Diverting the flow through sand filter after attain the quality of flow or oil presence in flow back.
Changing over the pod in dual pod sand filter after checking the DP.
Flushing the sand filter to Thunder box and checking how much sand is recovered.
Flushing the flow lines using water before rig down.
