Solderer/Assembler
BAE Systems - Fort Wayne, IN
November 2000 to February 2018
In the beginning of my career with the company, I had many opportunities to learn many different jobs. I have assembled circuit boards, soldered, wired, reworked, and produced finished product. These tasks were completed through high regards to quality, safety and health procedures. The last position I held was for 16 out of the 18 years I was there. I ran a wave and a select soldering machine. Due to my experience I was chosen as the trainer for the area. I was the person to speak to when there were issues or concerns about the machine and/or the product. By the time I left the company I had designed a lean style of running the area when the company moved into their new building. Lead over Apparel
