Supplier Sr. Quality Assurance.

● Taking care of first piece inspection, visual inspection, raw material percentage, trouble

shooting of short mold, contamination, discolor, flash inspection etc.

● In the Ware house – monitoring the DN and dispatch material quantity and quality (Final

Inspection), and 2D barcode labels with the RF.

● Identified & derived suppliers to achieve zero defects through quality development programs

& audits and generated zero QN’s from supplier parts from 2014 to 2017.

● Hands on experience in measuring instruments, like Ram Optics, OGP, PP, and VMS in Non-

contact method and used Caliper, Micrometer, UTM, height gauge, DIGI micro for contact

method.

● Conducting fitment & Functional tests (Like, Drop test, Conductor resistance test, Packaging

fitment test, Full & Push forces)

● Developing the Workmanship standards for acceptance criteria.

● Disposition taken on the on-hold material, rejected material and customer returned material

{RGA}. Disposition taken on the on-hold material, rejected material and customer returned

material {RGA}.

● Working closely with tooling team & with engineering dept. for developing the gauges to

reduce the inspection lead time.

DIPLOMA in Mechanical Engineer from Indian institute of management research and technology Bangalore.

For a period of March 2006 to APRIL 2007 as a tool room In-charge

(monitoring the tool cost and qty,and outgoing and incoming record)

2) Molex India Pvt. Ltd (11year)

Present working with Molex India Pvt. Ltd as a Sr. Quality assurance from 27 May 2008 to till date.

Achievements & Awards:

● Gauge developed for all Metal parts and reduce the inspection lead time (NCR brackets and Key plate)

● avoid the miss crimp for 4AWG cable and suggest to fix the controller in Air

compressor.

● Suggest rising the Origin material percentage in molding Raw materials, and avoid the rejection percentage of Contamination, and PPM also reduce 100000 to 20000
