EXPERIENCE DETAILS :-

Working as ELV Site Engineer in CESCO for the system of EST3 fire alarm system from 25.11.2017 to present.

Worked as Electrical Site Engineer in Noble General Contracting W.L.L in Doha down Town Project from 14.04.2016 to 26.07.2017.

Working as Electrical Engineer in M.SUBASH / TNEB Registered Contractor for Meter& Relay Testing in 95 MW Combined Cycle Valuthur Gas Turbine Power Station/Tamilnadu Electricity Board/ Ramanathapuram (09.06.2014 to 27.03.2016). RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Supervise and direct the effort on site by the contractor installing the wiring and electrical equipment.

Maintenance of 35 MW STG with SHUNT type HRSG (Heat recovery steam generator) Triple Pressure Steam turbine, LUB oil system, etc.

Operation & Maintenance of Vacuum pumps, unit auxiliary Transformers, Aux. power Transformers, Air cooled condensers, Heat exchangers, etc. TESTING EQUIPMENTS:-

Experience to conduct tests in various types of Power Transformer (90MVA, 50 MVA, 15MVA & 2MVA) and Monitor daily Electricity consumption in the plant.

Installation of high and low voltage equipment controls, MCC, motor starters and plant electrical distribution such as support system, laying and termination, punch listing, testing, inspection.

Experience to conduct the testing of various types of breakers such as 110KV SF6 Breaker, 6.6KV Vacuum Breaker and 415V LT Air circuit Breaker.

Experience to conduct tests in CT such as Magnetization Test, Polarity Test, Ratio Test, IR value & PI Value Test.

Experience to conduct all types of tests in CVT.

Testing of Bimetallic relays and Electromechanical relays.

Calibration of Ammeter, Voltmeter, KW Meter, Frequency Meter and Transducer.

Troubleshooting of control circuits in LT, HT circuit Breakers and Modules, Battery Chargers and UPS Systems.
