Quality Assurance Analyst April 2017 – Present

Project 1: AT&T. This is a web-based application on which I have performed heavy UI testing. Developed and executed UAT test cases and UAT test scenarios. Testing included setting up customer profiles, payment profiles, customer products, and wireless features.

Project 2: OPUS. This is a web-based application used by AT&T retail employees to make customer account changes. Performed UI testing against user requirements. Tested feature application, payment acceptance, account changes, and account timestamps.

Analyzed technical design documents, system requirements, and business requirements.

Designed and implemented functional test plans and test cases based on system understanding and analysis of functional and system specifications.
