Project 1: AT&T. This is a web-based application on which I have performed heavy UI testing. Developed and executed UAT test cases and UAT test scenarios. Testing included setting up customer profiles, payment profiles, customer products, and wireless features.
Project 2: OPUS. This is a web-based application used by AT&T retail employees to make customer account changes. Performed UI testing against user requirements. Tested feature application, payment acceptance, account changes, and account timestamps.
