To check the monomer composition of Gases by Gas Chromatograph. Coagulation of Latex & to check the Mooney Viscosity by Viscometer. To check the Fluorine content of Latex by NMR.

Testing of Raw Gum Sheet & Pre-compound.

Batch Preparation on Baby Mixing Mill.

Handling of Curing Press & Heat Ageing Ovens.

To Check the Rheological Properties by RPA, Mechanical Properties by UTM, Hardness, SSG, Moisture Analysis by Moisture Analyzer, Melting Point of FKM compounds & Chemicals etc. Calibration & Maintenance of Laboratory instruments.

To Maintain the Quality Data.

To Give the Disposition of Rejected Material & Minimize the scrap. Daily, Weakly & Monthly Report of QA.

Online Entries & Give Usage Decision in SAP. To Maintain the 5S in Lab.

To Monitoring of Production Process, Pre-Dispatch Inspection & Waste Management.

To check the R&D Tests (Compression set, De-Mattia Flexing, Tension set, Abraion Resistance).
