Duties And Responsibilities

Daily inspection report and tool box talk and training program report submitted to manager through HSE Engineers.

To meet the company goal by achieving the goal of the company which is ZERO ACCIDENT.

Conducting a induction training for the new workers.

Training to the employees regarding Firefighting, Personal protective equipment’s, Mock Drill, etc.,

Conducting Incident or Accident investigation and reporting. And extracting the investigation report

Ensuring that all staff and contractors are working safely and in line with site rules, risk assessment and method statements.

Monitoring employee welfare arrangements at site.

Advising teams on health and safety issues

Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractor staff.

Fire prevention of all company activities, testing of smoke and heat detectors, Conducting drills.

Daily inspection of scaffolding and crane.

Make monthly inspection of moving equipment’s and fire extinguisher, ladder etc.

Inspection of necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.

Put necessary safety precaution before starting any job.

Advising, planning and provision of personal protective equipment’s for technicians working in hazardous processes/Area.

Professional Qualification

NEBOSH International Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety from The National Board in Occupational Safety and Health (UK).

IOSH Working Safely from Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (UK).

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Anna University, Chennai, India.
