** PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : INSPECTION ROLE.

Site based inspections to ensure that QC inspection requirements are met in accordance with project specifications, standards,verifying & execution of subcontractors and suppliers all quality activities & materials and works are performed and documented in accordance with procedures and specifications, quality system is effectively introduced, implemented and adherence/deviations reported, documented and deviations rectified.

Quality inspection of fresh concrete before pre-placement, Slump test, Compressive strength tests in lab.

Inspection for Installation of rock bolts & witnessing pull out tests of rock bolts in tunnel Installed, sept test, cement grouting tests, shotcrete plaster, Steel fibre

content test etc..

Inspection of storm water & foul water sewerage lines deep manholes installation,micro tunnel deep excavation trenches etc.

Form work, Rebar inspection and concrete pouring, slump test, compressive strength test inspection as per approved drawings prior to concrete pouring.

Inspection of all building activities & finishing works i.e. block work, plastering, tiling, flooring, wall painting, gypsum board partition walls, waterproofing wet areas, false ceiling, precast MSE Wall concrete panels installation works, grouting etc..

Inspection of deep excavation raft foundations, termite treatment to soil, backfilling,

FDT test of soil compaction (MDD & OMC) by nuclear gauge method / sand cone

method as per Approved Specifications Method Statement & Inspection test plan

Inspection of Equipment calibration status / reporting & maintaining records.

Witnessing tests of coring / Sampling /compressive strength tests of hard Concrete, bearing grouting, post tensioning grout soil sampling, Procter test, marshal test, CBR test, rebar & material testing in lab. Etc...

Inspection of material receiving at site as per approved project specifications and standards.

Attending weekly QC meetings to fulfil project requirements as per schedule.

NCR reporting, completion reports.

Carrying out regular surveillance inspections for QC activities on site Monitoring.

Manage all civil site inspection activities. Verifying all civil engineering construction relate deliverables.

Ensuring that the work or Service is executed in compliance with Company’s HSE Policy and its associated Procedures and Specifications

Attend stage wise witness and hold points as per approved ITP.
