Have worked with Idea Cellular LTD as Sr. Engineer in the field of OFC Project Rollout, Fiber Maintenance and have taken part in fiber rollout for Idea 4G throughout Punjab. Also lead the transport equipment deployment like Fibcom and Huawei mux as well as end-to-end NMS visibility.
Later on I got transferred to Bihar circle on March’17, here also looking after equipment deployment and Fiber rollout for entire Bihar & Jharkhand for 3G&4G expansion. Here I also got hands on experience in network planning, BOQ preparation, equipment/fiber material indenting & co-ordination with vendor.

As Team Lead OFC Project Roll Out & Transport Equipment Deployment:-
Carrying out Route survey with vendor for new OFC rollout of intercity/intracity route.
Supervisions of fiber rollout & co-ordination with nodal-head/vendor for effective execution of OFC route.
Responsible for monitoring performance, progress & quality of OFC project.
Mapping & planning of Project related activities & maintaining DPR.
Doing all the formalities to receive ROW from authority for timely delivery of OFC route.
Supervision of HDD, Moiling, trenching, ducting, blowing, termination & end-to-end testing for operation.
Preparing BOQ & indenting of Transmission equipment & fiber material.
Involved in OFC project co-ordination, timely execution of work, project scheduling, resource planning.
Co-ordination with Operation, planning & vendor team for transport equipment upgrade.
Executed installation and commissioning of transport equipment like-Huawei, ECI, FIBCOM.
Also worked on latest technology like massive MIMO, Small Cell & Lamp-sites to meet the coverage demand in mall & Office.

Being Responsible for OFC project rollout I had laid 150 Km fiber & made 100 node live in n/w during 3G& 4G rollout in Punjab circle. Also upgraded about 200 FIBCOM fiber node to Huawei Mux to meet bandwidth requirement. Also awarded with Idea Excellence award for same.
