PROJECT:

Done project study as a part of MBA degree in Kone elevator India private limited on the topic “Truck space optimization and reduction in truck loading time and turnaround time” for a period of three months from Feb 4, 2019 to Apr 12, 2019.

Project description: The project is an attempt to study and analyze how the vehicle space optimization can be achieved through Palletization and the truck loading time and turnaround time can be reduced in Kone elevators India limited distribution center. Study on vehicle space optimization through palletization helps to use the truck loading space effectively and frame new loading pattern of materials and simplifies the loading process and can also reduce the transit damage of goods. By reducing the loading time and turnaround time the efficiency of the distribution center can be improved by increased productivity.
