Started in 2004 as a welder for GNR Mechanical. In 2008 worked with FAB-ALL Welding that included Structural welding in several rural locations in Saskatchewan. In 2009 began employment with IMW Welding Inc. that included skills as estimator and Project management. I managed crews from 5 to 30 personnel.
