The Maintenance Management seeking gain competitive advantage with respect to cost, quality, service, and on-time deliveries. The Autokshi Company is well good in maintenance management. The Main production of Autokshi Engineers is that main stand and side stand, backing plates, gear shift lever, heavy-duty stamp, and tubular components. The Autokshi Engineers implemented SAP technology in the administration process for the development of the product. The main focus of this company is On-Time Delivery (OTD), efficient operations with economical machines, Open cost system to the customer, Hour rates for work center and Wastage and scrap value deduction from cost and this company is well good in monitoring the maintenance schedule without delay in production. By this study, came to know that maintenance management plays an important role in the company which deals with the on-time delivery and the proper flow of productivity and also increase the communication between the workers.
