As my interest of field is Requirements Engineering, I think making the system function as per the user needs collecting the requirements successfully is the foundation of any software to be a success. This class is the step one of engineering process which will be needed in every software development.

Understanding the importance of user experience with the interface. The functionality of the system as per users need is an important feature for software to be successful.
