Reports were to track all alarms and suspicion going on in the building and did a daily log/ hourly reports of all activity going on while on shift to pass on to the next officer on guard. CCTV monitoring, guards one detection wand by using the wand to check every check point in and around the outside of the building to make sure that every point and location of the building had been checked and secured properly. The wand was very important to the company to ensure that the building was being patrolled in a certain amount of time every hour; the information is stored to a system for upper management.
