Undergone Industrial training in “Hyundai Motors Limited India” for the period of five days. Observed the processing of various departments and the usage of automation in manufacturing.
ACADEMIC ASSIGNMENTS AND PROJECTS
“Process Planning & Cost Estimation on Hydraulic cylinder assembly at Sakthi Gear products”. Routing sheets and Operation lists for all the parts were prepared and also cost were estimated for all the parts.
“Automatic Watering of Plants based on Moisture level of soil”. In order to bring automation in gardening and Agri-field.
“Designed a prototype for rack and pinion” by subtractive rapid prototyping process using rapid prototyping technology and the challenges encountered during machining were accounted and documented.
“Implementation of Lean Six Sigma in Die Casting at Roots Cast Pvt Ltd”. The existing process in die casting is being studied and based on the study, improvement strategies were suggested.
