Reporting to Civil Engineer on Daily Basis
Planning of daily activities according to available resources, materials and equipment
Monitor all civil activities including excavations, rebar works, pouring concrete for floor slabs, Block works and finishing works (Plastering, Painting, Door installation, False Ceiling fixation, Wooden Works, Gypsum Wall Partitions and mounting shades, etc.)
Reading Civil drawings, and preparing all civil related construction works accordingly
Manpower Management (in charge of 25 workers; reporting to me on a daily basis)
Responsible for all civil inspection works to ensure quality output based on approved plans and specifications. Ensure that, all applicable quality checklists are properly completed.
Responsible for securing site requirements including materials, tools and equipment
Strictly follow all safety measures and precautions in the field. Safety devices and procedures should be properly followed and implemented.
Assists in the preparations of the project needed resources such as materials, manpower requirements, equipment, tools & other resources.
