EXPERIENCE

• Material testing technician. I have excellent command on all Soil, Aggregate, Concrete and Asphalt tests as per ASTM.AASHTO, BS and other specified standards' have dynamic knowledge about all tests according to related standards. i have worked as a independent lab material inspector.

• Supervises Laboratory Technicians and other staff assigned to a laboratory, may be classified to perform laboratory work, requiring specialized training, of advanced difficulty in a particular specialty

• Performs construction materials testing in the field and in the laboratory on materials such as concrete, asphalt, and soils;

• Inspects and tests asphalt produces at various plants;

• Employs testing apparatus such as scales, mechanical compactor, compression machines, sieves, and other laboratory equipment;

• Computation and plotting of tests performed.

• Notifies appropriate personnel when sampling indicates failure in product quality where correction is needed;

• Records test results on standard forms;

• Keeps project inspector informed as to the status of tests performed;

• Performs routine maintenance of equipment used in the field, plant, and laboratory for the testing of materials;

• Ensures that a supply of work materials is on hand at assigned work station in order to have the supplies necessary to effectively complete assigned tasks;

• Compiles detailed information and arranges in prescribed order for records;

• Perform other job as required by the supervision of the laboratory manager.

Perform soil test such as gradation, liquid limit, proctor, and conduct field density test.
