Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and maintenance of cisco routers of 7613,7609,7206, and 2811 series and cisco switches of 4948,2960 series.

Have worked on OSPF routing protocol and troubleshooting of issues on neighbor relationship and adjacency forming between OSPF neighbor routers.

Co-ordination with field team and resolving the problems related to LAN/WAN, such as layer 2 looping issues, broadcast storms in switching Environments.

Testing of wan links by using all the configuration activities in the end to end router and done troubleshooting on point to point links such as encapsulation mismatch(PPP&HDLC).

In order to solve the Link down and Link error issues across the WAN links, we have performed loop test by checking following criteria such as Load, Reliability,Input errors and CRC errors.
