First Piece Approval Process.

Involvement on R&D new development Project.

Managing In process & final Inspection.

Faro Programming (CAM 2 Measure Software, FARO ARM )

Perform PPAP measurements (dimensional results) with CMM equipment.

Product Audit & Process Audit. Conduct meetings regularly with inspector and audit team to help consistency in teamwork.

Root cause & analysis & implementation of corrective action for process related concern.

Responsible for in process Inspection & Final Inspection.

Inhouse calibration & Validation fixture, dies as per plan.

Maintain fixture, gauges history card & PM card.

Receiving gauges & Fixture Checking & Correction.
