Responsibilities
Assembling series of diesel and gas power generators like perkins, Yorc, Meccalte with alternators like Stamford, meccalte, Yorc providing quality generating sets ranging from 9KVA- 2000KVA
Coupling of engine with alternator ranging from 9KVA- 20KVA using M8*20 (inner bolt) i.e. torque 27 N/m and M3/8 * 30 (outer bolt) while for 30KVA-150KVA, M9*25 (inner bolt) i.e torque 40N/m and M10*40 – M10*50 (outer bolt) is used in the categories.
Assembling of sound proof like exhaust pot, hanger, riveting, inches, doorlocks, fibres, valves, return and supply hoses, roofing, high bolts, door bucket, partitions, application of silicon and final finishing of quality generator set.
Test running and diagnosis of power generating conditions.
