Providing management and market development consulting services. Offered a Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) contract in 2019 to provide business and market development oversight on new product introduction, marketing and operations. Contract postponed in July for Nigeria market restructuring and local vendor issue resolution.

Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) – A global, non-profit association of 220 leading graduate business schools, actively committed to advancing the art and science of admissions by convening and representing the industry and offering best-in-class products and services for schools and students.

Market Development Director, Africa, Feb 2011-Dec 2018.

Built and managed an institutional client portfolio. Secured alliance relationships with the South African Business School Association and other organizations towards development of a Pan African admission assessment and was called back to GMAC to consult in 2019.

Provided Strategic Direction – Repositioned GMAC testing for rapid growth. Overcame issues of regional fear and resistance to testing culminating in the 2017 launch of the African edition of the NMAT admission test—the Continent’s first common assessment—that registered nearly 1,000 candidates at its inception in South Africa for 7 adopting institutions.

Increased national product usage by > 20% in one year by creating the GMAC Africa Career Readiness Program (GACRP) in Nigeria using a range of test prep materials that provided prospective hires the needed support, exposure and practice methodology to increase understanding, reasoning and problem-solving capabilities and improve test results.

Led GMAC’s first corporate collaboration. Created and led a professional development initiative in which KPMG Nigeria, in coordination with Access Bank, Total Ascent and others, launched PropelGrad, a nonprofit workforce development provider for Nigerian college graduates that utilizes GMAT prep materials.
