HIRA is a risk assessment tool that is used to assess which hazards pose the greatest risk in terms of how likely they are to occur and how great their potential impact. My project concentrated on the study of the plant operations and carryout a systematic, critical appraisal of all potential hazards involving personnel, plant, services in Body shop, Paint shop and General assembly shop. Outcome of the project is creating risk reduction techniques according to the hierarchy of control. The risk management process is not a task to complete. It is an ongoing process. FOUR WHEEL STEERING SYSTEM — B. Tech
This project focuses and aims at All-Wheel Steer platform, which can achieve Zero turning Radius. So that the chassis/platform will be capable of rotating about a fixed point. Hence, this would reduce the requirement of moving the vehicle in a defined path with large turn radius. TROUBLESHOOTING OF MAHINDRA MD550 JEEP - Diploma
Carrying out complete troubleshooting of the vehicle. It involves troubleshooting of steering system, clutch, transmission box, propeller shaft, differential, braking system of the vehicle in a technical procedure. All the remedies are done by following the instructions from the manual book. So that the vehicle runs freely on the road without any problem in the functioning of various components.
