December 2004 Obtained STATE DEGREE in TELECOMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING at the University of Bologna.

EDUCATION

Summer 2005 Followed a two months course, with ACCENTURE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS in Milan, of expert programmer in C, JAVA, SQL, UNIX.

From September 1998 to June 2004 Degree in Engineering of the Telecommunication at Bologna’s University.

Degree Thesis in Electrical Communications: “Performance of Multiple-Input Multiple-Output Systems”.

Proficient of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Autocad-2000.

Current position: Employed with NTT DATA Italy since 2006 as member of The Quality Assurance Unit based in Rome.

Since November 2018 involved for customer SKY Italia. Working in project SKY BlueBird, generating and testing contracts SKYQ Open Fiber, SKYQ Satellite in Siebel CRM environment. Writing Test Case for customer acceptance, executing test cases. Execution of both white box and black box testing. Knowledge of Siebel and Salesforce platforms. Using TestRail Management Tool and Mantis Bug Tracker. Working on data base using SQL language and SOUP UI tool.

From February 2015 to October 2018 involved in Telecom project CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with Oracle technology, executing test cases and analysis faults arisen during tests.
