oExecute the Mantri Alpyne mock up individually co-ordinating with all vendors and contractors.

oSafety assurance to zero accidents for machineries and Manpower

oInspection of structures before and after concrete

oInspection and clearance of finishing activities such as Masonry work using light weight blocks and adhesive material,

oFinishing works as per standards.

oEnsuring quality control by maintaining Concrete cube strength test records and ensuring the approval of QC.

oCo-ordinate with Architects and other consultants in finalizing project design and detail concepts.

oHaving the knowledge in Club House Interior Works.

oMarble Flooring, Wooden Batten ceiling, WPC Decking, Wooden Pergola at terrace, Movie Theater.

oCoordination with all MEP & HVAC works.
