The Cisco TSG RMS (Telepresence Support Group Remote Management Services) is the service delivery arm for Cisco responsible for co-management of the world’s largest and most progressive networks in the world. Tier 1 Support:
Cisco ROS Tier 1 Support is responsible for in-depth technical notification to the customer and timely triage on a 24x7 basis for WAN/LAN, Voice, Security and Telepresence related incidents.
