Role : Finishing engineer/Structural engineer

Key Accountabilities:

Taken a part in 475 crores 20 acres, 19Tower of LB+UB+G+19 Floors Residential Building-K R Puram-Bangalore

Monitoring the job as per the planned schedule & complete it by with in the stipulated time.

Taken overall responsible of the Tower inchrage and executed and supervision of Quality inspection.

Maintained daily activity report and weekly report regarding site activities; issued site instruction notes and forwarded to Resident Engineer for necessary action.

Supervising construction as per working drawings, implementing safety measures,,checked reinforcement, checking shuttering/formwork during construction, ensuring usage of the latest construction techniques including pre-stressing, etc.

Responsible and supervising for tilling work, painting work, waterproofing work, housekeeping, flat handing over to client, taking quantity of materials needed for finishing work, labor and material allocation and its effective usages, writing sub-contractor bills, executing various activities as per the GFC drawing.
