Scope of project : Creating 3D model of Tow eye cover by using styling inputs.

Position : Design engineer.

Responsibilities :

Input study as per customer requirements.

Benchmarking.

Checking for design and manufacturing feasibility with the environment data.

Preparation of technical data sheet for quotation.

Draft analysis check for manufacturing feasibility study.

Generation of Class-B surface from the styling surface & master section.

2D drawing preparation as per company standard.

B.Tech Mechanical Engineering from Kits Engineering College, JNTUK, with aggregate of 64.30 %.

Intermediate from NRI Junior College, Guntur, with aggregate of 71.20%.

S.S.C from Bhashyam High School, Hyderabad, with aggregate of 76.66 %.

Academic Projects :

In B.Tech I have done on Assembling a Solar Charging unit on the Electric Bike.

To find out the performance of the bike by using solar energy.

In M.Tech Machining characteristics of Nimonic 80A Alloy by using EDM Setup.

To find out the properties like MRR & TWR.

Proficient in CATIA V5 R21 (Part Design, Surface Design, Drafting, Assembly workbenches), A to B surface generation & Draft analysis.

Conversion of 2D to 3D models.

Good knowledge of automotive components, plastic design & defects.

Good knowledge of Injection molding Process (Basics).

Basic knowledge of GD & T
