1. Self-Centering Follow Rest (2018-2019)
One of the accessories used to support the long slender jobs/work pieces.
Design is done on the SOLIDWORKS and analysis is done using ANSYS WORKBENCH 18.1
The conclusion is made that it reduces “Set Up Time” as well as “Machining Time” while working on lathe machine.
2. Solar Air Cooler (2015-2016)
The objective of project is to design and develop a solar electric system.
The scope of improvement is to install the auto tracking solar panels. 3. Motorized Hydraulic Jack (2015-2016)
The project is the solution for lifting of vehicle using its own battery.
Hydraulic lifting jack is used instead of mechanical screw jack which needs extra time and effort. COURSE

It is the event for engineering students who design and building the off-road vehicles (ATV) with their own hands and also train them on the science of team management.

2. BAJA SAEINDIA 2018
It is an event for the undergraduate engineering students organized by Society of Automotive Engineers. It takes the students to design, fabricate, and validate off-road vehicle to take part in a competition.
Various competitions are held where each and every team have to test their vehicle and its performance. TRAINING:

The certificate was given for completing the courses- AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D. 2. 3D Modelling and Analysis Softwares.

IPRO 3D is a 3D printing start-up located at Aurangabad. It provides professional Services online and offline for on demand production of prototypes, end use products as well as batch products, etc.
In this internship, different latest technologies in additive manufacturing were introduced.
I worked in design department where I learnt FUSION360 and gained brief knowledge about additive manufacturing.
