My name is Pradeep N. I am a Visualizer, Graphic designer, and a
Typography enthusiast. I currently possess 5 years of full-time experience as a Visual Designer.
My design philosophy is focused towards minimalistic design, easy to understand and design that’s not just pretty but one that works! Client/Business requirements are at the center of my design vision. I am a creative, hardworking and reliable individual with unparallel passion towards everything design and someone who is always up for a new challenge.
Although, I completed my bachelor’s in business management (BBM) from Mysore University, the world of visual designing has always fascinated me. Hence, I started my career as a part-time designer during my graduation days.
After my graduation in 2014, have worked for 3 years with Adhishakti Group based out of Mysore, on digital projects for clients such as L&T, ABB, Science cosmos, Cake Pointe, LEG, Kannada Sangha Singapore & Wep. I have also managed junior resources during my tenure. With a strong design foundation at Adhishakti, I joined FLIP – one of India's leading e-learning firms as a Visual Designer. At FLIP, I have majorly contributed towards the digital & offline marketing efforts of the company apart corporate communications and mobile application UI designs. Like-minded individuals that share the same passion as me, keeps me motivated and driven at work!

Adhishakti was my first full-time stint as a Graphic Designer after graduation. My initial responsibilities were into large scale digital print projects, handling the end-to-end execution from design to print coordination. I gradually moved into developing branding collaterals including brand logos, letter heads, corporate presentations, product videos etc., I have also worked in collaboration with the web UX teams to develop web designs. At FLIP, I was recruited into the Digital marketing team to support the company’s marketing efforts through the development of digital collateral like social media posts, e-books, blog illustrations, infographics, illustrative videos, etc., I also worked with the in-house IT team to support their UX requirements on the website as well as their mobile application (FLIP Learning App). Apart from the digital collateral, I was also involved in formulating the company’s corporate collateral and offline communication material like brochures, posters, and standees. My contributions at FLIP have earned me a rating of ‘Very Good’ (highest possible) for the appraisal year 2018-19 along with an 100% variable payout.
I have also been awarded the ‘FLIP Star Award’ at the company’s 10th- anniversary celebrations in April 2019.
