Rapid Disputes is a new faster workflow application to process Mail Channel disputes from Credit Clinic. Originally started as a re-write project of existing Batch Mail data entry application within the Consumer Care Management System (CCMS), Rapid Disputes has gained its pace in moving towards a real time dispute creation process with improved accuracy and efficiency. Legacy Batch Mail Application is only a data entry system without any input validation, pull credit file and real time case creation. Rapid Disputes facilitates agent to search a consumer, on successful search of consumer, an agent is taken through a guided journey with minimal user inputs. User Interface presents an optimal view of consumer credit file, an option to search and select disputed accounts and create disputes cases real time. Success of the rapid Disputes creates opportunity to process additional stream of mail channel disputes. Increase in scope for additional queue will improve overall processing time of mail disputes, without compromising on quality.
