Received packages for customers, inspected to make sure there wasn’t any damages and making sure orders are correct. Making sure the order has the correct amount of items, correct colors and the correct sizes. Scanned and made copies of invoices and orders. Input information on dashboard. Created a new shipping label for the packages and shipped them out by carrier.

Scanning of tags of product, that is loaded on a trailer and then shipped to various customers. Loading corrugated boxes onto trailers for customers to be shipped out. Unloading of orders that has been returned for rework. Quality Assurance checks on corrugated boxes. Billing for the customer’s orders for shipping and receiving. Checking of the measurement and cut size for the customer. Quality check on making sure the operator has the correct color of ink for the product. Investigate all rework products, products that’s put on hold, and return products from customers or in house. Lock out and tag out various machinery that needs working on for maintenance. Shrink wrapping of various orders for customers. Use of forklift to assist other departments for shipping. Cycle counting throughout inventory isles.

Maintaining an argar machine that cools down cooked product to be disposed of throughout the shift. Over
watch company trailers to ensure they do not overheat and become inflammed. Quality daily checks and hourly checks on line production of chicken parts and pieces. Quality measurements on sizes and how the produce pieces are cut and trimmed. Investigations on produce meat that’s on hold or returns. Investigation on produce meat that has metal pieces in it. Continuous pulling and pushing of 80-100lbs of product to be dumped by hand in trailers. Ensuring housekeeping is kept up to part on the asphalt, located outside.

Responsibilities were to set up press machines at a certain temperature, air pressure and holding time for that part. Clean molds out with mold release to make sure there are no pinching or missing pieces in the parts. Quality control.
