Affecting the physical changes at the sites (Tilting, Reorientation etc.) if required in

order to distribute the traffic equally among the cells of the clusters.

Responsible for Auditing of New Sites and Verifying Hardware, Tilt, Antenna height &

Orientation according to the Planning Database/Nominal planning for new the Sites.

Trouble shooting and resolving issues like call drop and handover failure

Study & analysis of parameters like Rx Level, Rx Quality, SQI, Optimization of the site basing on the drive test results.

Performing drive test and collecting log files.

Optimizing Network problems like Poor Coverage Patches, Interference, Call Drop,

Handover issues, Sector Swap, Cable Swaps.

Responsible for performing pre-drive test and post drive- test for New sites, BSC migration, Expansion sites.
