Vocational Training:-

I have done my summer training from DLW,Charbagh,Lucknow about the “WORKING OF COMPRESSOR ON DIESEL LOCO AND IT'S MAINTAINANCE & TESTING” since 2nd JULY 2018 to 1st AUGUST 2018.

The working of diesel locomotive compressor is compressed air inside the piston cylinder and realeasing it into the intercooler and after cooler for decreasing temperature and after that delivered compressed air into main reservior tank.In this the RR 80101 model type compressor is used which is three cylinder and two stage (low pressure and high pressure).The compressor is mechanically driven by a crank shaft from the front end of the locomotive's.The crank shaft is directly coupled with compressor.The use of compressed air is blow horn and applying brake in locomotive.

Project:-

MULTI OPERATIONAL MECHANICAL MACHINE:-

We are made “MULTI OPERATIONAL MECHANICAL MACHINE” through it four operation will perform at same time.These operation are drilling,cutting,grinding and shaping.In this we are giving 250V AC supply to the AC synchronus motor which is converting the electrical energy into mechanical energy.And the mechanical power is transmitting through the chain sprocket to the main shaft which is parallel shaft and after that power is transmitted to the tool holder and bevel gear to the drill chuck.In this machine the tool are grinding wheel,cutting disc,shaping disc and drill bit is used to performing operations.And for the joining of frame of this machine plasma arc welding is used .This is a time saving and low maintenance and low production cost machine.

Industrial Visit:-

I went one day industrial trip in the month of 1st APRIL,2016 at Motor & Genral Sales Ltd. at Lucknow by the college where radiator,autovehicle parts and transformer manufactured.

I went one day industrial trip in the month of 17th APRIL,2019 at Star Cold Storage at Lucknow by the college where using Ammonia gases for preserving the vegitables in a room and also making ice .

I have been attending the TALEEME BEDAARI SEMINAR in 2018. Extra Curricular Activities:-

I have done two days automobile workshop of "Car Concept Building Event" of complete dismantling program of "MARUTI SUZUKI 800" in college providing by "Palatial Eventizers Pvt. Ltd." in 30th and 31st MARCH 2017
