Project Description:

To Prevent accidents caused by wegons during their travel to the destination point after and before Tippling operation, they have implemented an Alarm based system. It is developed by using a PLC, Sensors, Load cells, and PC.

It is a system that operated by the signals got from the sensor and load cell. With this Arrangement we have noted about 50% of accidents to be prevented. We Have Actively Participated in the project during this period.

There are various technologies that are used for the separation process the most common is via cryogenic distillation.IN this gases separation process the air undergo for Refrigeration and after this the processed air to be getting into the Compressor. After Compressing the air at Different pressures we will get different gases.

The main aim of my project is to control the temperature levels in the field using micro controller and a personal computer. By this we can maintain constant temperatures at any closed areas. This circuit can be used in hospitals and it can furtherly implemented to monitor humidity and moisture also. This system is developed for PC reporting application only. It also can be interfaced to GSM modem to record and process data through mobile. With this system we get the accurate data, No Manual Errors can be done, system can be monitored From PC.

Project Description:

In this Operation, Ladder logic

program for DE-CAR in Battery-III

(Blast Furnace) has been developed and is implemented using PLC. The main mechanism in the DE car is the door extraction mechanism. In this it starts from extracting the door to cleaning the door and again fixing the door to its place after guiding the coke into the bucket from oven. All this process can be done by the PLC programming that which reduces the manual errors, gives a better inter locking and accurate placing of the Machine can be done.
