Roles and Responsibilities

Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity.

Monitoring Networking Devices (Routers, Switches and Firewalls) and Windows, Linux servers and its related applications using monitoring tools (Solarwinds and Iglass, True view, HP BSM).

Troubleshoot the basic connectivity issue using networking command and escalate to concerned team.
