Program Engineer

Acted as Capture and Program Engineer for high-profile, large-scale proposals, including critical air navigation project for Airports Authority of India (GAGAN) and related proposals, directing all activities from inception to successful contract completion. Directed all safety-critical projects in alignment with DO-178B software requirements and CMMI processes. As Cost Account Manager (CAM), leveraged tools including integrated master schedule and earned value management system (EVMS) to lead and manage engineering team: conducted weekly status meetings to track progress, monitored budgets and assessed earned value (SPI/CPI) to date, managed critical chain meetings to ensure compliance with schedule, and tracked and managed metrics related to requirements, throughput, memory and other performance requirements.
