Duties and Responsibilities

Receipt of order of intimation from Marketing Department along with Purchase order /LOI and related correspondences.

Responsible for reviewing the contracts/PO/LOA.

Prepare the method statements, lifting plan (work Procedure)based on project specification.

Preparation of Project plans.

Preparation and review of monthly plan, weekly plan and micro schedule, project tracking system, risk assements and project procedures.

Co-ordinating with all department related to the project supports.

Reviewing of respected design and isometric drawings for approval.

Change orders according to the clients specification or MTO’s.

Coordination with Engineering team regarding design changes.

Co-ordinate with Central planning department for getting the progress schedule for order execution .

Co-ordinate with the project procurement coordinator to ensure that the equipments are delivered as

Per the schedule by resolving technical queries as required.

Act as internal client to meet the committed dates as per the schedule submitted to the client.

Responsible for raising calls for third party inspection and preparation of packing slips.
